French Dip Sliders

A delicious recipe for French Dip Sliders made with tender beef and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until soft.
  3. Mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the slider buns with turkey bacon, sliced roast beef, sautéed onions, and Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the buns on and brush with Dijon mustard.
  6. Pour the beef broth mixture over the sliders.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are crispy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with extra beef broth for dipping.
