- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until soft.
- Mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Layer the bottom half of the slider buns with turkey bacon, sliced roast beef, sautéed onions, and Swiss cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns on and brush with Dijon mustard.
- Pour the beef broth mixture over the sliders.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the beef mixture.
- Serve with extra beef broth for dipping.
