  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packets of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, chili paste, and chopped turkey bacon.
  5. In a separate pot, boil water and gently add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, top with sliced green onions and a halved soft-boiled egg.
