- 2 packets of instant ramen noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 eggs
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Stir in the soy sauce, chili paste, and chopped turkey bacon.
- In a separate pot, boil water and gently add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
