Feta Pasta

A delicious and flavorful Feta Pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, crumbled feta, and bacon to the skillet and gently toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can be served cold as a pasta salad.
