- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
