  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, corn starch, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and stir well.
