Easy Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
