- 9 ounces cheese tortellini
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tortellini according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes, add broccoli and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
