- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken, and cook until chicken is browned.
- Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
