  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken, and cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini back into the pot and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
