  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, toss everything together to combine.
