Easy Baked Salmon with Parmesan Crust

A delicious and easy recipe for baked salmon topped with a crispy Parmesan crust.

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
