  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the rice, diced chicken, tzatziki sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the chopped cucumbers and parsley.
  7. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
