Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and espresso.

  6. Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
