  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced dill pickles, crumbled turkey bacon, and diced red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
