  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, and crumbled bacon.
