1 cup cooked lentils
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a sauté pan, cook the chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, sautéed mushrooms, onions, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
