- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them in a bowl.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and add to the mashed sweet potatoes.
