  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together beef broth, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the pot.

  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, and stir it into the pot to thicken the sauce.
