Crispy Gnocchi

A delightful dish featuring crispy gnocchi combined with turkey bacon and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the cooked gnocchi until golden brown.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the turkey bacon and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir well and serve immediately.

Notes

  • This dish is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container.
  • Add more cheese for a richer flavor.
