This delicious crispy gnocchi dish combines turkey bacon and fresh herbs for a delightful flavor experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add gnocchi to the skillet, cooking until golden and crispy.
  4. Stir in thyme, rosemary, bacon, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, skip the turkey bacon.
  • Adjust herbs according to personal preference.
