  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 8 ounces noodles of choice
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the chopped broccoli with a little oil and roast for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  3. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, and garlic.
  5. Mix cooked noodles with the sauce, then toss in the roasted broccoli.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
