Crispy Air-Fried Tofu Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu into small pieces.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place the tofu balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
