A delicious and creamy lasagna recipe that incorporates turkey bacon for a flavorful twist.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; drain and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, then half the ricotta mixture, turkey bacon, followed by another layer of noodles.
  6. Repeat layers and pour heavy cream over the top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbling and golden.
