- 2 cups creamy white beans
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add garlic and herbs, cooking for another minute.
- Stir in the creamy white beans and vegetable broth, simmer for about 10 minutes.
