- 2 cups cooked white beans
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
