- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cups corn
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili powder. Pour over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Add diced bell pepper and cilantro. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
