- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, corn, crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
