Creamy Steak Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and steak to the creamy sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley on top.
