Creamy Rotel Pasta

A delicious and creamy pasta dish made with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken ham, cooking until heated through.
  4. Add the Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder, stirring to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be topped with additional cheese or fresh herbs for added flavor.
  • For a spicier version, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
