  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
