  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
