Delicious creamy Rotel pasta recipe with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a quick dinner.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  4. Add the Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon back into the skillet.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Serve hot.
