Creamy Roast Garlic

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and roasted garlic.

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 5 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the top off the garlic bulb and wrap it in foil. Roast for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  4. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  5. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a blender, add cream, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  6. Combine the pasta, bacon, and sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some sautéed spinach or mushrooms.
