  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
