Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a roasting pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
