  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
