- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, lasagna noodles, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
