A delicious and creamy take on traditional German goulash featuring turkey bacon for an added twist.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the beef stew meat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
  6. Stir in sour cream until well combined.
  7. Crumble the cooked turkey bacon on top before serving.
