  • 1 pound beef, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the cubed beef and brown on all sides.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds, then add beef broth.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour until the beef is tender.
  6. In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour, then stir into the pot.
  7. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until thickened.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then serve with the crispy turkey bacon on top.
