  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, green onions, and sweet pickle relish to the bowl.
