  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
