Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine, chicken, and parmesan; stir until well combined.
