  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stirring well to combine.
  6. Reduce heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in shredded parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
