  • 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add the diced butternut squash to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
