  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta and broccoli with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
