8 ounces penne pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken stock, then bring to a simmer.
