Creamy Broccoli and Chicken Penne

A delicious and comforting dish that combines tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and creamy penne pasta.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the cooked penne to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
