- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces medium shells pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Mix well.
- Add the medium shells pasta and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
