  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces medium shells pasta
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Mix well.
  4. Add the medium shells pasta and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat until the pasta is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
