- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (preferably cheddar)
- In a large pot, cook the shell pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
