  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (preferably cheddar)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the shell pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the beef broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir until everything is well mixed.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
