- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the chicken ham and sauté for a few more minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the mustard, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine the macaroni, cheesy sauce, and cooked meats in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a crispy top, sprinkle additional cheese on the top before baking.
