- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by removing any giblets and pat dry.
